1. Agreement

By using Rafusoft Forms ("the Service") at forms.rafusoft.com you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• Collect data in violation of any law or regulation.
• Distribute malware, phishing content or spam.
• Infringe the rights of others, including privacy rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users.

4. Google Sheets integration

The Google Sheets integration lets you connect your own Google account and write form submissions to a spreadsheet you select. You must have the right to use the spreadsheet and the data in it. We only perform the actions you authorise and do not access other files in your Google account. You may disconnect the integration at any time.

5. Data & content

You retain all rights to the forms and data you create. You are responsible for the content collected through your forms and for complying with the privacy laws that apply to your collection of that data.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
