1. Introduction

Rafusoft Forms ("we", "us") provides an online form-building platform at forms.rafusoft.com. This Privacy Policy explains what data we process when you use our service, including how our Google Sheets integration works.

2. Data we collect

Depending on how you use the platform, we process:

• Account data: your name, email address and login details.
• Form data: the forms you create and the responses your visitors submit.
• Google account data: when you connect a Google account, we store your Google email and OAuth access tokens (and a refresh token) so we can write submissions to the Google Sheet you select.

3. Google Sheets integration

The Google Sheets integration uses the Google APIs (Google Sheets and Google Drive). When you connect your Google account and choose a spreadsheet, we only read the spreadsheet and tab metadata you select, and we write submission rows to that spreadsheet. We never access other files in your Google Drive and we never share your data with third parties. You can disconnect the integration at any time, which deletes the stored tokens.

4. How we use data

• To operate and improve the form-building service.
• To send you transactional emails (e.g. form notifications).
• To fulfil the Google Sheets integration you enable.

5. Data retention & security

Form data is retained for as long as your account is active or as required by law. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and are only used to perform the actions you authorise. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.

6. Your rights
